IL Radio - Privacy Policy
Effective date: 27 September 2026. Applies to the IL Radio application for LG Smart TV (webOS) and Samsung Smart TV (Tizen).
1. Who we are
IL Radio ("we", "us") streams Israeli radio stations to registered users. Contact for privacy matters: apps@ilradio.live.
2. What we collect
- Account data: the name you give when registering, and the email address and password you sign in with (the password is sent to our servers only to verify your account).
- Device identifier: an identifier generated for your TV, used to link the TV to your account.
- Listening data: the stations you play and your favourite stations, so the app can show them to you next time.
- Technical data: the app version, TV model and the IP address of your connection, used to deliver the streams and to diagnose playback problems.
The app does not use the microphone or camera, does not collect location data, contains no advertising identifiers and has no in-app purchases.
3. Why we collect it
To provide the service you registered for: sign you in, deliver the radio streams to your TV, remember your favourite stations, and support you when something does not work. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
4. Sharing
Your data is not shared with other companies or organisations, except the hosting and streaming providers that operate our servers on our behalf and process it only for us.
5. Where it is stored and for how long
Data is stored on servers operated for IL Radio and kept for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for support. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.
6. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to apps@ilradio.live. If you live in the UK or the EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
7. Children
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes
Any change to this policy is posted on this page with a new effective date.

מה אנחנו אוספים
- נתוני חשבון: השם שמסרתם בהרשמה, וכתובת האימייל והסיסמה שבהן אתם נכנסים לחשבון (הסיסמה נשלחת לשרת רק לאימות החשבון).
- מזהה מכשיר: מזהה שנוצר לטלוויזיה שלכם, לקישור הטלוויזיה לחשבון.
- נתוני האזנה: התחנות שניגנתם והתחנות המועדפות שלכם, כדי שהאפליקציה תציג אותן בפעם הבאה.
- נתונים טכניים: גרסת האפליקציה, דגם הטלוויזיה וכתובת ה-IP, לצורך אספקת השידורים ואבחון תקלות.
האפליקציה אינה משתמשת במיקרופון או במצלמה, אינה אוספת נתוני מיקום, אינה מכילה מזהי פרסום ואין בה רכישות.
למה
כדי לספק את השירות שאליו נרשמתם: כניסה לחשבון, אספקת שידורי הרדיו לטלוויזיה, שמירת התחנות המועדפות ותמיכה. איננו משתמשים בנתונים לפרסום ואיננו מוכרים אותם.
שיתוף, שמירה וזכויות
הנתונים אינם משותפים עם חברות אחרות, למעט ספקי האחסון והשידור המפעילים את השרתים עבורנו. הנתונים נשמרים כל עוד החשבון פעיל ולתקופה סבירה לאחריו. ניתן לבקש גישה, תיקון או מחיקה בכתובת apps@ilradio.live.
